Henry the Horse

Until the start of 2010, I used to work in Northampton and during my lunch break would often go out with my camera exploring. There is a cemetery on the Billing Road, no longer used, with many unusual graves and tombs. This horse is on the tomb of Robert Fossett, one of the founders of the Robert Brothers circus who used to overwinter at Kingsthorpe.

With this shot I was trying to separate him from the background of leaves.
